I can't tell if this is cut together or an actual interview. Whichever, it's very very funny.
Weird Al does lots of these and then shows them between songs at his concert or for when he gets a TV special. They're totally cobbled together from out of context bits of other interviews, but completely hillarious. Celine Dion is a personal favorite.
